Finally decided to choose NUS instead of NTU but thinking abt all the numerous stages before the actual sch term starts really sux. Lyk why muz there be a medical examination for goodness' sake?! My sis even went on with creepy stories of what they will be checking. That sux double. Anyways, spent a bomb at FOX recently...this is bad. Think i need to start tuition desperately but seriously there are no news of any available students yet. Niah niah niah~ need to get new shoes too haiz.

I haf finally gotten a definite answer to what my pay will be lyk, and it's two thousand bucks per month. Yippie yippie yaa~~~ Niah niah niah. That settles a whole load of my burdens and of course money is always good. The thing is my dear dear fren had to obtain a great offer of S$118 for a trip to Taiwan and damn. I cant go cos of my work. That took away some of the happy feelings. Ah well, money comes with a price or so they say. Shall live with it, and smile all the way~

Hey Hey Hey~I got acceptance letter from NUS! So happy!!! Now juz waiting for NTU's letter. Come to Mama yoyo! Today seems to be a real lucky day for me. My employer had a personal talk with me to discuss extending my work duration. Apparently, he was real pleased with my highly satisfactory performance *double yeahs* and offered a pay of $1,800.00 per month to entice me into staying. Lalalala~ I told him I will consider and that brought about a promise to negotiate the pay further. Hehehe real cool huh? Ah well recently I have been working to upgrade my knowledge base and a keen interest towards Sigmund Freud is developed. But his books are damn expensive..goodness. Not only that, I have developed an addiction for internet shopping spree and that resulted in a cash outflow. Darn. Makes me a pauper. Will work hard though. Yes!

What's with rainy dayz? Been raining non-stop for the past few days and I'm feeling sick and blue too. Slogging lyk mad to secure my financial income and I cant seem to increase the amount in my bank book. Suspects that my expenditure is the cause of it, but it's difficult to cut-down. Anyways, apparently everywhere I go my bosses r nice ppl. The current one is offering me an extended employment period plus more pay than usual. Hopes that the money stored can start moving up a notch. Ah well, kinda miss school. Quite amazing but I'm starting to miss studying. Haha..working is turning me into a nerd. Hopes I get well soon..haiz.

Dun really haf the time and effort to blog recently, cos I'm busy looking for a job. Taking into account the high cost of living nowadays and the extremely high expenditure basis I'm on, I can't afford to wallow in 'old money'. So, I haf finally gotten myself somewhere. A receptionist job, cool huh? Only bad thing is the workload. It's quite a handful really, but a challenge is always welcome. Hahaha. The important thing is the money. Going to a university also requires much cash, a laptop and textbooks..blah blah blah. Alot of money. Recently I haf become rather acquainted with substance, hehehe, many ppl choose to see classical music as a thing of substance. Here's a recommendation then, those who haf not heard a single musical piece to save your soul, the violin piece 'Devil's Trill' is really beautiful. U can try to find the piece in Vanessa Mae's CD.

Yeah, this might sound like a call for celebration, for I am absolutely free!!! Free from working my guts out. My job ended last week and I am declared a free soul. So happy. However, there is always some misfortunes in life all set to destroy wadeva bliss I seek to create for myself. This time, the misfortunes are triggered by my friends. Just when I am rejoicing over the fact that I am able to finally go out on a shopping spree, they haf to dampen my mood by excusing themselves from accompanying me. Reason? Simple. They are busy chasing the dollar. I am SOOOOOOO upset. Wad is shopping without friends? wad in the world is shopping when it is done alone? It is NOT shopping. It is walking, looking and being LOST. Thankfully one brave soul took the volunteering step forward to pull me out of a possible murderous spree. I would like to say that that brave soul just saved the day for all of us. However, I am not one inclined to lie so the truth is even she is not free to accompany me throughout. Therefore, I am still drowning in my misery. SOOOOOOOOOOOBBBBBBBBB!!!!!!!!!!

Argh..must be sure to tell everyone how tired I am. Which is why I am not capable of producing much inner intelligence to share with everyone. However, due to some flattery from some of my audience I am very much compelled to find time to squeeze out some intellectual juices. Feeling happy today cos I had undergone a lil makeover. Considering that it is a package consisting of newly-shaped eyebrows, a new haircut with long straight hair that I have been dying to get, contact lenses and a new hp to complement my new stage in this withering life. Actually it would be nice to add in that I lost weight but no no..the weight loss is too minimal to mention. Hence, when I have reached that weight that to me is satisfactory, then would I mention it with much clarity and in BOLD. Haha, so for now, nth yet. Hear hear! Now comes the juicy juicy news I am dying to share with all you brave souls. Just recently feeling a sudden urge to splurge, I found myself wandering down the streets of Bugis armed with my not-so-loaded wallet. Since I am so engrossed in my pursuit for gunning down all sorts of bargains and with the mantra of "buy more, spend less", I ALMOST and I repeat ALMOST missed seeing Edwin-lookalike. Yes, that guy I caught a fleeting glimpse of looked like our dear dear Edwin. U can imagine, I'm sure, my shock and in a comic fashion, I started walking backwards to take another look. Yes! Edwin in a punk rock fashion. Admittedly, he looks good in that outfit and so if Edwin happens to read this, go try that out. Perhaps chain will fit you better than you think, just dun let anyone out there chain you though. *winks*

Well, I should have updated yesterday but due to the plea from my tired, drooping eyes I decided to give myself an early retirement last night. So today, peppered with its late and slight disappointment, I shall convey to all my HUGE news. I received my first paycheck yesterday! This is all thanks to my kind bosses for allowing me to have an early windfall to pay for my christmas expenditure. Now, talking about money makes my eyes shine. Haha, who wouldn't? It's great to have loads of cash at your fingertips once in awhile. Maybe working in a bank is not such a bad idea after all. The appetizer for today though, is an Alaska King Crab that stole all my money away. Till now, I cannot believe that a crab is worth hundreds of dollars (mind you all those pluras)..ah well, I admit defeat to the Mighty King Crab. And perhaps, a phobia of crabs might just surfaced from shadowy depths. But...there is a good piece of news though. I didn't pay for that meal! Hahaha..that's the main point. So no christmas mood is damaged yet, and I am well capable of saving myself from dropping to such a low level whereby I am compelled to having sharp ears able to catch the sounds of dropping coins. However, I am still ill-disposed and will not take any christmas orders from anyone. Yet, I am definitely welcoming to any good intentions from anyone willing to sponsor a gift for me. Thank you, all you kind souls out there!

Feeling a lil bit blue lately. Due to the inconveniences brought about by my current job, I am indisposed to meet my fellow comrades for partying purposes. This is the ABSOLUTE irony, for post-examinations period is solely for the idea of relaxation, or so I thought. However, now I am in no mode of relaxation, but more of battle condition. WAR WAR WAR! War with tons of invoices to check. Woe to me...I had not take one foot into the city yet with my friends. Needless to say, the world of fun has closed their ivory gates on me, with a big sign that says " Trespassers are to be tormented with having to stand outside and watch the shopping going on within." And yet, I submit myself to the torture and the restriction imposed on me just for the miserable sum of money I am about to obtain. I AM A SLAVE TO MONEY. No wonder money is the greatest evil. I am conquered in that sense then, for at the end of the day maybe I'll be the one having the last laugh. After all, just think about all the material goods I can buy with MONEY. Am I then fulfilling my consumer satisfaction? Is my standard of living high? Maybe not...all those wretched non-material goods like my health for instance is on a decline. Wait a minute! Gosh, hello there! Christmas season for goodness' sake, so stop with all the swarming economic terms. Just go away all my textbooks stuff. You are so not welcomed during december.

Today is my third day working at the Air Cargo Complex, and seriously I miss school. At least it's not that tiring! Nine hours of sitting in front of the comp, typing and typing and typing is real hard work. But for the money..I gotta tahan my way through! Especially since today I am a victim of influenza, I must say I am very well rewarded with an aching back and a slight fever. The day has been passed with me sneezing away (finishing the entire tissue box too fyi) and numbers running through my head until I'm seriously wondering am I hallucinating or in reality? The air-con seemed to be mocking me at the same time, aggravating my condition and making my mucus beat record time of flowing freely at every five seconds instead of the usual ten. Boy, that's like double the speed! *audience take cue and applause* However, the people that I am working with are real nice and it seems like they are spending their time worrying about me (special credit goes to Derrick). Haha, I am repentant and will be a good girl and finish all my water. Yet, it is a good experience and tells me very seriously how I should direct my future path away from accountancy. It is such a break-neck job (no actually I meant break all my limbs). Oh man, I need my massage desperately!!! Any volunteers? *looks around hopefully* And tomorrow will be another day spent doing the same thing again. Ah-ha! Clarify Clarify, it is not so bad laa. Me and my melodramatic theatrics again..actually the stamping part is fun makes me feel like a loanshark hahaha. Are you guys green with envy yet? Hahahahaha I'm am such a bummer.
